The first Zoom Gathering, on October 16th 2020, Ruth Van Reken presented on “Third Culture Kids Living in Paradox”, followed by responses to our questions and Our wantok Jonathan Frerichs proved the perfect facilitator, and Mark-Singh Hueter hosted the gathering, including small group discussions.
The second Zoom Gathering on January 23rd 2021 featured Ron and Else (Helbig) Schardt on “Life After PNG: What’s Your Story?” Jonathan again facilitated discussions and Mark hosted.
The third Zoom gathering on April 16, 2021 was titled “PNG Primary School Conversations: A Trip Down Memory Lane.” The gathering started with a slide show introducing each of the participants. Jonathan interviewed MK’s who attended various PNG school, as well as KLS staff, followed by large and small group conversations, with Mark again hosting.
