Hello, PNG/KLS/SPLC friends!
As you know, we had to postpone our Reunion for a year, and have helped many of you stay connected in the meantime through Newsletters, E-blasts and Zoom Gatherings. We were happy to see so many of you during our virtual gatherings. And we will be even happier to see you in person at this Reunion! Here are a few details, followed by the Reservation Form.
Dates: Thursday Sept. 30th, 3:00 PM, through Sunday Oct. 3rd, 2:00 PM
Mount Olivet Retreat & Conference Center is a beautiful setting 45 minutes south of Minnesota’s Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport, with lodging, gathering spaces and amenities that include indoor pool, whirlpool, game room, sauna, many outdoor recreation options, fire pits—see their website for more information: https://mtolivetretreat.org.

You have many reservation options, described for you in the Reservation form. We really hope you will be able to join us in person! And for those who are unable to come to Minnesota, we hope to provide some live virtual sessions for you.
Reservations will be taken until August 30th. You will receive an invoice for your reservation within a week of sending this form, to be paid ASAP, to hold your reservation and to help us plan for lodging, room use, etc. ALL payments must be received by September 6th so we can meet Mt. Olivet’s deadline for arrangements and meals preparations.
• Contact Phil Davis to confirm you are coming but need an extension for payment.
• If you cancel, you will get a full refund up until August 1st.
• If you cancel due to COVID, you will receive a full refund.
• If we have to cancel because of COVID restrictions, you will receive a full refund.
